They approached us with a project they we just could not resist: a painting of wings to be hung in their store so that people could take pictures with it. Art Misfits love to do art which is interactive, a lot of us believe that when people experience it for themselves is when true understanding can happen.

Thus, our lovely Michelle spent days painting feather after feather till finally the painting was complete. Then, Haze and I attended the installation which took place at Fahrenheit 88 at 1030.
It was very exciting for me to be locked inside a mall afterhours; a bit of a dream come true. Sadly, the security guards looked tough enough to keep me from running screaming through the mall as though I was in a Hollywood chick flick.
The process of installing the awesome painting was interesting enough that i didn’t feel like i missed out on anything.
First, the installers rolled out the canvas, and attached thin metal supports to help keep the canvas straight.
Then, they tied the canvas and the metal supports together for added support.
I am sure that everyone who passes through the Soul Seoul shop will love to take pictures with the divine wings which Art Misfits had such a good time painting.
